Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a travel package or VIP ticket and attend the event?
In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please visit the venue or festival website.
How do I place my order?
All Niteharts Travel Packages OR VIP Tickets must be purchased online. Packages / Tickets will go on sale Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at 10am local venue time. After you click “purchase” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner to make and finalize your order.
Is there a ticket purchase limit?
Yes, there is an 8 ticket limit for VIP tickets and a 2 ticket limit for travel packages.
I have an ADA Request. What’s the best way to request accommodations for my travel package or VIP ticket?
If you need to request ADA Accommodations for your hotel reservation OR VIP experience at Niteharts, please reach out to us HERE with the following information as soon as possible:

Please be sure to include as much information when submitting your request so we can ensure you have proper accommodations. All ADA requests will be processed in the order they are received and dependent on availability.
For accessible seating requests at the show, availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on venue availability. Once your request is received, we will go over all available options.
Can I use my 100x package for a promotional giveaway?
No. Please see our Purchase Policy for more details.
Our VIP Packages
Is there an age restriction for the Niteharts SVIP and VIP Experiences?
Niteharts is 18+, but all VIP packages are 21+.
Is there a payment plan for the Niteharts SVIP and VIP Experiences?
Yes! We offer an optional layaway plan for VIP tickets.
Payment plan details:

This is a two-payment plan — you’ll pay the down payment at checkout, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged on August 15th.
Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket for the Niteharts SVIP and VIP Experiences?
All tickets are General Admission (GA) tickets!
What is a General Admission ticket?
General Admission (GA) are tickets that allow entry to the event with no seats assigned to them. With a general admission ticket, you may be given a specific area to sit or stand in, but you won’t have a specific seat reserved for you.
SVIP tickets include dedicated venue entry, access to the VIP main stage viewing area, and skydeck at the main stage featuring a premium platform viewing experience and more.

If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as VIP?
Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to the VIP amenities or areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to use the filter feature on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP package.
How will I receive my VIP tickets for the show?
All SVIP and VIP wristbands will be shipped to the address provided during the checkout process.
When will I receive information about VIP check-in?
More information and further instructions including check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event.
Is parking included in the Niteharts VIP or SVIP Experiences?
VIP tickets do not include parking. Please check Snapdragon Stadium’s website for more information regarding venue parking.
Is there a bag policy?

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased VIP ticket?
All Niteharts VIP tickets are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for more details.
Our Travel Packages
Is the price listed on the website the total price or the price per person?
The price listed on our website for travel packages shows both the price per person for a package and the full ‘per package’ price for two or full guests, not including taxes and fees. Please note – if you are purchasing a travel package before August 15th, you will have the option to either pay in full or opt-in to a payment plan // the price you’ll pay at checkout is only 50% of the package cost. See more details about the payment plan option below.
How many rooms are included in my Travel Package?
All travel packages include one room for two or four guests depending on the package. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select your preferred bed type for two person packages, dependent on availability. All four person packages will include a double-bedded room.
Is there an age restriction for the Niteharts Travel Packages?
All guests must be 21+ to check in to the hotel. Attendees must be at least 18 years old, and guests purchasing a SVIP or VIP travel package must be 21+. Please note that all guests staying at the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego must be 21+. Valid photo identification is required.
Is there a payment plan for the Niteharts Travel Packages?
Yes, there is an optional payment plan for travel packages! If you opt into the payment plan at checkout, an initial 50% will be charged upon purchasing the package, and a final 50% payment will automatically be charged to the form of payment on file on August 15th. If you purchase after August 15th, you will be charged the full payment amount at the time of purchase. If you select ‘pay in full’ at checkout, no additional payments will be charged after your purchase!
Please note: the payment plan can only be chosen at the time of purchase. If you pay in full when your package is purchased, the payment plan cannot be opted into after the fact.
Can I pay for my entire package before the additional payment is due?
Yes! To do this, please log in to your Front Gate account, located on your event’s purchase page. Once you are logged in to your account, go to your “Order History” page and select your order. You will be given the option to pay off your order in full. If payment is approved, this would complete your payment plan and no more payments would be due. If you are having trouble locating this option, please Contact Front Gate with your order number and the last 4 digits of the card used to purchase and they can assist.
Do the Travel Packages come with tickets for both days of Niteharts?
Yes! All travel packages include either SVIP, VIP or GA 2-day tickets depending on the package you select.
My receipt shows tickets for the first night only - do I still have tickets for each show night within the Travel Package?
Yes! You have tickets for each show night included in your travel package.
How and where will I receive my tickets for Niteharts?
All travel package wristbands will be picked up at hotel check-in!
When will I receive information about 100x Travel Package check-in?
More information and further instructions including 100x check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. 100x is not responsible for failed / blocked / misdelivered / bounced email delivery.
How will I receive my merchandise?
All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x check-in on the same day of your hotel check-in and must be picked up then! Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the event.
How do I utilize the roundtrip transportation included in the Travel Package?
More information regarding roundtrip transportation including details about pick-up times and locations will be provided via email closer to the show dates!
What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package?
All 100x travel packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. If you accidentally purchase the wrong package and hope to change your order, reach out to us immediately HERE and we will assess what we can do to help.
Hotel Information
What time is check-in and check-out at the available hotels?
100x abides by the hotel’s standard hotel policy, viewable below. There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with the hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time.

What parking is available at the available hotels?
100x travel packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. To find details and rates for parking, please visit the individual hotel website.
How far is each hotel from the venue?
We chose these hotels not just because they are comfortable and provide a high-quality guest experience, but also because of their close proximity to the venue. See the distance of each hotel from the venue below.

Will there be an incidental hold at my hotel?
You will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in. Incidental holds vary at each hotel property. Please refer to the hotel’s website for the most up to date information on incidental charges.
I contacted the hotel and they do not have my reservation information, why is that?
We kindly request that you wait to reach out to your respective hotel with any specific requests until approximately 1-2 weeks before your check-in date. Please be assured that from our end, everything related to your reservation is confirmed. We typically share our updated rooming lists, including all guest information, with our hotel partners no earlier than one month prior to check-in day.

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my package? If so, how can I do this?
If you would like to stay longer than your travel package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your travel package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can reach out to us HERE with the below information to request to connect the reservations.

I purchased a package as a gift and will not be attending. How can the recipient redeem the package?
Any Travel Package request must be submitted to 100x via email by Friday, August 29th, 2025.
If you are wishing to gift your package to someone else, you will need to reach out to 100x using the email address you used to purchase your Travel Package in order to have the package holder information updated. Please reach out to us HERE with all of the information below prior to Friday, August 29th, 2025 with the request – requests are not guaranteed.

Once you have notified us before Friday, August 29th, 2025, the new package holder will be able to check in to their hotel room and pick up their package merchandise at the hotel associated with their Travel Package!
Please note: Travel Package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay, transportation, merchandise and festival tickets) and cannot be separated or split by day.
A package must be paid in full prior to it being gifted to another guest.
I have a specific request about my hotel stay, how can I make that request?
All hotel related requests can be sent directly to 100x HERE. All requests must be submitted to 100x by Friday, August 29th, 2025.
I need to update the credit card information in order to pay for my Travel Package, how can I do this?
In order to update your credit card information attached to your Travel Package payment method, please log in to your Front Gate account, located on your event’s purchase page. Please log in to your Front Gate Account, select “Billing Information”. Once there, select “Update Payment” and input new payment information. If you are having trouble, please Contact Front Gate with your order number and the last 4 digits of the card used to purchase and they can assist.
